Refund & Cancellation Policy – HNtrix Pvt Ltd

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by HNtrix Pvt Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Application / Registration Fees

Any application, registration, or initial assessment fee paid to HNtrix Pvt Ltd is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Processing and Service Fees

Processing and service fees may be refundable only if:

  • No work has been initiated on your file
  • No counseling, documentation review, or application submission has been carried out

Once our team has initiated work, processing/service fees become non-refundable.

3. University / Partner Institution Fees

Fees paid directly to any university, partner institution, or third party are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies. HNtrix Pvt Ltd does not control or influence these policies.

We cannot guarantee or process refunds on behalf of universities or partner institutions.

4. Service Completion

Where advisory or consulting services (such as counseling sessions, document review, or application submission) have already been delivered in part or full, fees for such services are considered earned and are non-refundable.

5. Client Cancellations

If you wish to cancel our services, you must send a written request to: support@hntrix.com.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

6. No Refund Situations

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following cases:

  • Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents
  • Non-cooperation or lack of response from the client
  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Rejection of admission by the institution
  • Visa refusal or rejection by authorities (if applicable)
  • Delays caused by external authorities or institutions

7. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund has been approved in writing by HNtrix Pvt Ltd, we will process the refund within 7–21 business days. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Mode of Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer to the client’s account, as decided by HNtrix Pvt Ltd.

9. Policy Changes

HNtrix Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
